Right of withdrawal and returns

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 54 of the same decree, if for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned within the strict deadline of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

IMPORTANT: The right of withdrawal must be exercised and processed exclusively by filling out the relevant electronic form on the website, within your personal account or through the order verification section. Requests submitted via email, WhatsApp, or external channels, as well as independent shipments made without prior digital authorization, will not be accepted.

1) How to submit a request:
• For Registered Users: Log into your personal profile in the section dedicated to order management. Within the screen of the order you wish to return, two specific functions are available: click on the 'Request return' button to start the official electronic procedure and, subsequently, use the 'Monitor pickup status' button to track the status of the return shipment.
• For Guest Purchases: If the purchase was made in guest mode (without creating an account), you can exercise your right of withdrawal by accessing the order verification section available on the site. Simply enter the order reference received in the confirmation email to proceed with the guided return request.

2) Pickup management and courier:
Once the electronic return request submitted through the website buttons is received and approved, we will arrange for our designated express courier to collect the package directly from the communicated pickup address. The goods must be shipped to the official address: FASHION LAB - IL BARICENTRO LOTTO 16B MOD 3, SS100 KM 17,5 - ITALY. The package travels under the sole responsibility and at the risk of the Customer.

3) Return shipping costs in Italy:
Return shipping costs are FREE in Italy for the first request, except during sales periods and special promotions, during which logistic costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

4) Mandatory conditions of conformity:
Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use or wear. Each item must be returned perfectly intact, inside its original box, and complete with all original labels, seals, tags, packaging, and accessories (hangers, garment covers, brand boxes, etc.) received at the time of delivery.

5) Refusal of returns:
URINK.IT reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been previously authorized through the digital procedure on the site or that have been entrusted to couriers other than the one indicated by us. If the return does not fully comply with all the terms of this return policy, the merchandise will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the original sender at their expense.

6) Refund method and timing:
In case of a refund request, it will be processed within 14 days from the acceptance of the merchandise at our warehouses, by crediting the same payment method used for the initial transaction (Credit Card or PayPal account). The actual credit might be visible on the Customer's statement after approximately 30 days from the date the refund was issued.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS - NON-EU

For packages sent back from countries outside the European Community, return compensation is strictly limited to a refund of the product's value or the issuance of a store credit. The return shipment, postal fees, and all related customs charges are entirely the responsibility of the Customer. Size, color, or item exchanges are not available for international orders: if the Customer wishes to receive a different item, they must place a brand new order on the portal. The request must be initiated using the same electronic functions (or via order reference for guests).
